A low pH moisturizing toner based on biomimetic water helps remove residual dirt and cleansers from the skin's surface, instantly eliminates the feeling of dryness and tightness after washing, and evens out the acid-base balance. Restores optimal skin hydration and prepares it for subsequent stages of care.

To improve the process of cellular hydration, the toner uses biomimetic water in combination with effective humectants, which work in synergy, prolong the moisturizing effect and reduce transepidermal moisture loss. The formula of biomimetic water is as close as possible in its composition to the water contained in skin cells, it contains the optimal ratio of microelements, organic compounds and lipids, it has ideal compatibility with any skin type. Active hydration is provided by a powerful trio of natural humectants: glycerin, trehalose and betaine, in combination they give a long-lasting effect of well-moisturized, elastic and smooth skin. A complex of 5 types of probiotics and kefir fungus enzyme (a unique compound of lactic acid bacteria and milk yeast) are responsible for maintaining the harmony of the unique skin microbiome, they suppress the growth of harmful microorganisms that cause inflammation and take care of the health of the skin.

Active ingredients of Dr.Ceuracle toner:

• Biomimetic water  (mineral water/theanine/glutathione/milk lipids) - normalizes hydrobalance, saturates with moisture.
• Glycerin -   increases the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin, reduces excess moisture evaporation.
• Trehalose  - has high water-retaining properties and prevents dehydration.
• Betaine  as an organic osmolyte is involved in the regulation of water balance, improves the hydration status of  the stratum corneum of the skin.
• A complex of 5 probiotics -   strengthens the skin's natural barrier function and reduces sensitivity.

The toner is liquid like water in consistency, has virtually no smell, pleasantly refreshes without weighing down the skin. Due to the light texture, it is recommended to apply with a cotton pad. Due to the content of natural ingredients, a slight sediment is possible at the bottom of the bottle, we recommend shaking the toner well before use. Suitable for all skin types, especially dehydrated and sensitive.
